Media & Production (AhaLok® Studios) – Cinematic, advertising, photography, and VFX production. Learning & Transformation (Xtasify) – Personal-growth, education, and corporate training programs. Digital Marketing & Branding (99 Ka Chakkar™) – Marketing strategy, content, and digital campaign management. Specific engagement terms (quotation, proposal, or contract) may supplement or override these general Terms.
3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law to use our services or website.

Intellectual Property Rights All content on this site—including text, images, graphics, video, code, designs, and trademarks such as AhaLok®, 99 Ka Chakkar™, and other brand marks—is the exclusive property of AhaLok® Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. A. Proposals and Quotes All proposals and quotations are valid for the period mentioned therein. Acceptance constitutes agreement to these Terms.
B. Invoices and Payment Payments are due as per milestones or timelines defined in the project agreement. Delayed payments may attract interest or suspension of services. All taxes and duties (GST or equivalent) are payable by the client.
C. Refunds Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy page.
D. Delivery Timelines Delivery schedules depend on client responsiveness, approvals, and payments. Delays caused by pending inputs or non-payment extend timelines proportionally.
7. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during engagements. Neither party will disclose such information without prior written consent, except when required by law.
8. Data Protection and Privacy We handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy . By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data you provide is accurate.
9. Third-Party Services and Integrations Some AhaLok® offerings rely on third-party tools, APIs, or hosting providers (e.g., Google, AWS, Meta, or payment gateways). We are not liable for failures or data issues arising from third-party systems beyond our control, though we select such partners carefully.
10. Warranties and Disclaimers Our services are provided using reasonable skill, care, and industry standards. However: We do not warrant that the website or deliverables will be error-free or uninterrupted. All information is provided “as is.” We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law. For training or advisory services (including Xtasify programs), results depend on individual participation and cannot be guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, AhaLok® Technologies Private Limited, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for: Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss; Loss of profit, business, data, or goodwill; or Any amount exceeding the total fees actually paid for the relevant service.
